Jessie Steele 110-JS-20 Review

Jessie Steele 110-JS-20 Review by sassymel75

I love this apron! I love having a cute apron to wear while cooking. I love how the bows come off so you don't have to machine wash them. Fabric is a little thin but it makes it flattering. I have not had any problems with the quality.

Jessie Steele 110-JS-20 Review by JK1320 (Chicago)

I was nervous about buying this, mixed reviews and not being able to see it in person. Turns out it ass a great buy. Perfectly retro and adorable. Got the matching pot holder, perfect Christmas gift, Mom loves it and so Im happy. Removable bows are ingenious.

Jessie Steele 110-JS-20 Review by J. A. Coleman "Book Addict and Tech Geek" (NorCal, USA)

I picked this up in a local store, so I wasn't surprised by the thin material. I expected it to be more for looking cute than to actually be functional. I only use it for baking though, and since I can just brush the flour or dough off of it once it's dried, it's held up pretty well. I do not think it would do well in the washing machine though.

The upper bib part is kind of small on me, as I'm a bit more substantial than your average girl. ;-) But the shape makes my curves look smashing, and I get compliments every time I wear it. I actually looked it up here to buy a second one, but the thirty dollar price tag is more than I paid for mine, and for the quality, I don't think I would pay that much for it. Still, I absolutely love the one I have now, so I will think about getting a second one for when mine wears out.

Customer Reviews

Spin Around Review by MM

Purchased for a three year old...took about 30 seconds for her to figure it out, then the spinning never stopped! Durable and easy for her to spin. Glad we chose this "Spin Around" from Kaplin instead of the "Sit and Spin". The other reviews were correct...this one is much easier for small children to enjoy.

Spin Around Review by JK

I received a spin around that was light blue and orange not like the advertised photo. It was easy to assemble but made of cheap lightweight plastic, the kind that can easily crack under minimal pressure and noticed that it made a creaking noise when my 30 lbs child tried to use it. I requested a return authorization from the seller Kaplan Learning Center and almost two weeks have passed since they received it with no refund yet. I paid about half it's cost in return shipping based on principle. I would not recommend the spin around toy or the seller Kaplan Learning Center for very poor customer service.

Spin Around Review by LLMom

Love this toy for my 15 month old daughter! I wasn't sure if I should buy it based on some of the reviews, but I'm glad I did. She has a great time spinning and had no problem learning to use it.

12.75x21x1 (Actual Size) Accumulair Gold Filter (MERV 8) (4 Pack) Review by Jeremy D.

Bought these from South Korea on Amazon not knowing if they would fit my Carrier unit in the States or not. After my parents looked in almost every store, including the place the air con unit was bought, I finally came across the size (13x21x1) and fit! Even a Carrier expert said he had never heard of the size! I hope the seller will keep this product for a while or else I won't know where to go. Great product and makes the air con less noisy than the one the condo managers told us to buy and cut as an alternative.

12.75x21x1 (Actual Size) Accumulair Gold Filter (MERV 8) (4 Pack) Review by Cat rescuer (Manchester, CT)

GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. DIFFICULT TO FIND SIZE FILTER WAS EASY TO FIND ON THIS SITE. RECEIVED THE 4 FILTERS PROMPTLY AND FITS PERFECTLY! DON'T USE THE FILTER THAT COMES WITH YOUR NEW CENTRAL A/C - THEY DON'T WORK! WE WAITED MUCH TOO LONG TO ORDER THE ACCUMULAIR FILTER AS WE HAVE CATS. AIR FEELS MUCH CLEANER AND EVEN COLDER - MAYBE OUR IMAGINATION - BUT NOT OUR IMAGINAITON THAT CAT HAIR IS NO FLYING AROUND OUR HOME ANY LONGER!

12.75x21x1 (Actual Size) Accumulair Gold Filter (MERV 8) (4 Pack) Review by Joseph Tague

Order arrived quickly and without any issues. I just wish they would use less packaging (size of the box) to mail the product. Otherwise, everything was fine, hence the full five-star rating.

The bad took 8 days to get not the prime 2 days??? wow i wonder why. good filter tho.

Camco 40651 Review by M. Wilkins "X0123" (North Carolina)

Filter delivery was on time. Be sure to read the instructions and flush before hooking up. Water taste from beach water truly was bottled water quality. It says to "use care" when handling the removable filter, I have and have had no issues. Store the inside filter in a cool dry place when not in use, and it will last.

Camco 40651 Review by J. Cortes (Ventura, CA)

The ordering process was so easy and smooth using pay pal, I received the product next day, the service was excellent; the price was better than other places and the product as it was described. Thanks!!

Covell Welding and Metalworking DVD - TIG Welding Basics, Model# 1000-21 DVD Review by Joe

The Covell instructional videos are very informative and well structured. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a formal introduction to TIG welding.

Covell Welding and Metalworking DVD - TIG Welding Basics, Model# 1000-21 DVD Review by Arthur L. Garrett "Clearwater Filmworks" (Bay Area, Ca USA)

I am taking a welding course and this DVD by Ron Covell is a great addition to the class. The DVD is full of close ups and Ron shows good and bad welds. I have learned a lot from just watching this video. I wish he would also produce a good MIG(GMAW) welding DVD too.

Covell Welding and Metalworking DVD - TIG Welding Basics, Model# 1000-21 DVD Review by Dandy Don "DD" (spokane)

I've been welding for over 40 years and this is the best hands on information ever. You won't be disappointed, lots of great info, some of the welding supplies salesmen should read this.

Feedback

SteamFast SF-510 Review by L. Drake "campwannabee" (DFW, Texas)

AS usual received item fast from Amazon. This is my first foray into steaming product other than using the good old fashion iron. I just couldn't imagine spending over $50 for some fancy-smansy iron that still require alot of work and time. So when this item came up on Amazon's Lightening Deal I quickly went and started researching this product. It took awhile but found out that the 510 is the newer model but even at original price it was cheaper than the 407 model, but I was concern with the quality because it didn't get as many reviews as the previous model.

Well needless to say, all the reviews was dead-on..... Wrong/Right! I love this machine! Even with the thought that there might be a defect with it, all I could think is "how quickly can I get a replacement?" Now, it's not a wonder machine. There are some things that could be improve upon, but to me they were acceptable quirks.

PROS:
1. It takes the wrinkles out.
2. It takes the wrinkles out... Wait I already said that didn't I?
3. On deliates and knits -- the wrinkles came out easily and fast.
4. Blouses with fancy layers and designs, the wrinkles were much easier and quicker to remove. My daughter has this shirt that had three layers, and I would have to iron each layer in order to get it neat looking. With the steamer, less than 5 minutes (prob shorter) the wrinkles was out. The stupid bows, beads, and accents no longer became an issue. Un-ironed nooks and crannies -- look out!
5. I can re-wear my outfits. The steaming refreshes it, so now if my clothes are lightly worn I don't have to throw it in the wash again. Thereby saving me time and laundry cost.
6. The humidity from the steamer was actually quite beneficial if you think about it. ;-)

Quirks (not major CONS... Yet)
1. The hanger isnt strong -- Oh well, I just put my shirt on a regular hanger and steam with it on (plastic ones, I did kind of forgot and used metal ones... Oh well). All this did was get my shirt quicker onto a hanger saving me an extra step.
2. The flimsy feel or lack of stability -- I don't know what others were doing, but even though I'm of the female gender, I wasn't exactly full of grace and gentleness. I just figure out that hey, if the item is too heavy I do have another hand that can support the weight temporarily.
3. The hanger doesn't swivel -- now I do agree it would have been nice if it did, but on the other hand I would consider the longevity of said swivel and it's durability. Besides all it did again was save me another step. I was putting it on the hanger that came with, then I would have to take it off and put it on it's regular hanger ... It got to be a bother after awhile for me.
4. I thought item was defective. Turns out there was a drainage plug (duh!) I didnt notice (ok, I actually didn't read the manual) that was not tightened, therefore unit was leaking. So READ BOOKLET FIRST!

Now if there's anything else you need to know read everyone's reviews. I noticed the common theme was about the stability and the type of fabric you wanted unwrinkled. Anything clothing made with a high concentration of cotton WILL NOT look "crisp" when applied. It will look more like it came out freshly from the dryer look. I have shirt with 97% cotton and whatever... It took the wrinkles out but did not give the crisp look like ironing does.

However, polyester, rayons, blends, knits, twill, and sheers came out awesome! I don't know what else it will work on... But it'll be fun to find out later! All I can say, for about $39 it was well worth the splurge!

SteamFast SF-510 Review by E. Sikorski (South Jersey, NJ)

I bought this to replace a Conair steamer that died after 2 years of use. I used regular tap water which I fear may have killed it prematurely. This steamer is better than my old one in every way. It has a smaller footprint, the extension pole and the steamer hose are longer, it heats up faster, it is more sturdy, and is easier to fill and drain. It also has a handy built in hanger. I didn't think I would use it, but I have already done so a number of times. It attaches on the top and easily folds in half so you can hang clothes on the hooks with a regular hanger. Overall, I would highly recommend this steamer. It is well worth the price and appears to be solidly built. I will be using distilled water and cleaning it more reguarly to ensure it lasts much longer than my old (and no nearly as nice) steamer.

SteamFast SF-510 Review by Whitecat

It is Good. I like it. Steam come out very fast. Good Price, Fast Shipping. But not working good on thick fabric.
